Package: rust-curve25519-dalek rust-curve25519-dalek has a build-dependency on librust-toml-0.8-dev, which we would like to phase out, in favor of version 1.
Upstream bumped from version 0.8 to version 0.9 with no code changes,( https://github.com/dalek-cryptography/curve25519-dalek/commit/65a9efef98ca6079525699a149a32fee38f3ad28 )
and the API changes between 0.9 and 1 are very minor.
