With [defaults] strategy = mitogen_linear in ansible.cfg, I see the
error message "Task failed: argument of type 'UnifiedTaskResult' is not
a container or iterable" as reported upstream in
https://github.com/mitogen-hq/mitogen/issues/1522, and applying the
playbook fails.
A workaround is to downgrade ansible-core to 2.20.3-1 from testing, but
this workaround won't be available after the new ansible-core migrates.
It's worth mentioning that ansible-core has deprecated third party strategy
plugins in v2.19. mitogen touches private interfaces and as such has alway been
finicky, breaking in version bumps and sometimes even bugfix releases. If
mitogen doesn't find a different way it might not be viable to ship in forky.
