python-pomegranate version 1.1.0-1 fails to build from source on ppc64el
architecture due to a Numba/NumPy version incompatibility.

I was able to reproduce this on my ppc64el machine with debian sid.
All tests fail during collection with:
ImportError: Numba needs NumPy 2.3 or less. Got NumPy 2.4.
The error occurs in the dependency chain:
python-pomegranate => python3-apricot-select => python3-numba
