Bug#1138541: netavark thread leak

There is a known thread leak issue with netavark that has been solved in 
version 1.15.2: https://github.com/containers/netavark/issues/811

Would it be possible to get netavark on Debian Trixie to be updated to 
that version in order to fix the bug?

I am using Debian 13.5 (6.12.88+deb13-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC 
Debian 6.12.88-1 (2026-05-15) x86_64 GNU/Linux)
