Bug#1138417: nginx: FTBFS with openssl 4.0

Hi,
the problem was fixed in nginx 1.29.4,
and first nginx Debian 1.30.1 version  (1.30.1-1) was uploaded to the 
experimental
without complications.
So I think the problem is fixed.
