I have been considering removing this package from unstable completely. This tool still does not work on 2.6 kernels, most of the functionality exists in oprofile, and upstream appears to be dead. Even though I'm part of upstream, too, it does not seem to make sense to continue work on this tool. Would you have any objections to that? I can fix this fairly quickly in the meantime; but, I am curious as to how many folks would object if the package went away completely (popcon shows pretty low usage...). -- Ciao, al ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Al Stone Alter Ego: Open Source and Linux R&D Debian Developer Hewlett-Packard Company http://www.debian.org E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] ---------------------------------------------------------------------- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
