Hi, I have created RFS for the package. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1140720 I have added you to maintainer of https://salsa.debian.org/syed/quill to help moving package to debian group.There is a upstream ticket for packaging too: https://github.com/odygrd/quill/issues/669
The upstream developer is very friendly and I have also contributed to the upstream in order to make this
