Yes, definitely 4.4-1 and it might be for the older ones as well.

The old code which was used if you omit --without-accurate-mem-calcs
was removed from CVS. And the --without-accurate-mem-calcs option was
remove from the configure script as well. Thus, the code in CVS shows
the correct behavior concerning this bug.
