Hi Lior,
the ftp protocol does not work on modern browsers any more. It would help
if you would rather use
https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/0index.html
as homepage for this package.
I could easily do a team upload to fix this by creating a Git repository
in Debian team on Salsa if you give your permission.
