Dear Maintainer, More for everyone else's benefit than the maintainers, but last commit was on 28 September 2020. Issues and PR has also gone silent: https://github.com/fukuchi/libqrencode/issues/221 . Per that post and others, there is some interest in forking and reviving the project.
