Control: tags -1 + upstream
Control: forwarded -1 https://github.com/inducer/pudb/pull/745
I've prepared a fix that adds a help string for the -s/--steal-output
option, which was the only CLI flag without one. While doing so I found
that the option is in fact unimplemented -- passing -s raises
NotImplementedError in pudb's Debugger.__init__ -- so the help text also
notes that.
Rather than carry a Debian-only patch straight away, I've submitted the
change upstream:
https://github.com/inducer/pudb/pull/745
I'd like to give upstream a chance to weigh in first. It may make sense
to remove this option entirely. I plan to wait a few weeks; if there is
no upstream response, I'll apply the equivalent patch in the next Debian
upload.
