Package: debconf
Version: 1.5.91
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

i just wondering why mailman3-web installation starts database configuration
and asks the required parameters to set up
a postgresql database, but then nothing happens.

The frontend (ncurses) doesn't show an error that the package dbconfig-pgsql is
not installed.
So it take some time to recognise the cause.

Best Regards,
H.-Dirk
