The focus would be exclusively on fixing issues in the mate-menus,
mozo, and mate-utils packages; I don't see any other urgent problems
that are hindering the user's day-to-day experience. His mate-utils
package is already listed on Mentors [2]. I’ll share the link to the
MATE wiki page I found[1], in case anyone is interested in reading it.
I took a short break from Debian packaging work, but I plan to return
soon to help in areas where it's needed, such as QA. I’ve been doing
this for six years. Mate Utils reportedly has a bug preventing the
screenshot tool from functioning, which is being fixed in version
1.28.1 (version I have already compiled on Artix, Debian, and Arch).
