Dear Maintainer,

I am on a big-endian architecture. When playing video using x11 video output
backend, the colors are swapped (even for the OSD controls). I tracked this
down to the function:

   video/out/vo_x11.c:resize()

In the "MP_SELECT_LE_BE(0, 1) block", the colors are being swapped.

By commenting out this block, the colors are correct!

I am guessing that the assumption in the comment above that block is wrong:

   // desc.comps[] uses little endian bit offsets

I am happy to take this upstream, if you could point me in the right
direction.

Thanks!

John Ogness
