I will add dependencies for libibmad-dev and libibumad-dev but I am not
sure about ibverbs-providers. I don't see where it is used in the source
code. Could you please point me to the source file that requires it?
For the moment I keep unversioned dependency on libpmix-dev waiting for
the release of pmix v6 in sid.

ibverbs-providers was needed (and automatically included) for mpi when running
autopkgtest.
