Yes. That's also the error I get now in version 0.4.0-1, and the old error message only happens with version 0.3.3-3. Because the package still FTBFS I agree that a generic title like the one you have set is better than closing the old bug and opening a new one (a little bit less of bureaucrazy). Thanks.
