Dear Mario,there still is ${gir:Provides} in Provides of the binary package fwupd which produces the following warning during build:
dpkg-gencontrol: warning: Provides field of package fwupd: substitution
variable ${gir:Provides} used, but is not defined
Since introspection files are in gir1.2-fwupd-2.0 and libfwupd-dev
respectively, it makes sense to have ${gir:Provides} there but not in
Provides of the package fwupd. Is it a left-over that can be removed
now?
