Format: Text Files: /usr/share/doc/libxml-parser-perl/Encodings/README /usr/share/doc/libxml-parser-perl/Encodings/Japanese_Encodings.msg.gz Per the doc-base spec, Files: is intended for multiple files that together make up one document (e.g. a chunked manual), not multiple unrelated files. README and Japanese_Encodings.msg.gz are independent, unrelated documents that happen to share a directory.
