I do not think this has got anything to do with Debian Commons in particular.
Any package that uses that @packages.d.o alias should have its username same as
the source package name, else it is either wrong usage, and IMO a lintian error.
I've implemented a new tag `wrong-package-mail-alias` and opened a merge
