And if you refer to the copyright header change in the last patch, I am sorry about that; the patch was semi-automaticaly from an older version of scsi-linux-sg.c. But it does not matter, since a) when applied to CDDLified version, the patch does not work (the copyright header is not modified), and b) when applied to a previous GPLed version (eg. a07), it is equivalent to talking the original version (IIRC from 2.01a01) and making changes to it.
