I may misunderstand seedfiles/systemd-tmpfiles and it looks like that systemd-tmpfiles do not support be invoked without '-' or configuration file. Please ignore this part. Sorry for the noise. But the part that seedfiles fail to accept '-' as stdin still vaild. Regards.
