Sorry, it adviedit.sty is not need, it is only the command \adviedit of the file advi.sty that is needed. Files advi-annot.sty and bubble.sty are also required but they are part of the ADVI distribution. File hevea.sty is needed to produce manual.html, and is part of the Hevea distribution.
