Sorry, it adviedit.sty is not need, it is only the command \adviedit
of the file advi.sty that is needed.  

Files advi-annot.sty and bubble.sty are also required but they are part of
the ADVI distribution.

File hevea.sty is needed to produce manual.html, and is part of the Hevea
distribution.

Of course, you need neither Advi nor Hevea if you do not rebuild the
documentation.
