  Description     : extract SNMP messages out of pcap trace files

snmpdump processed pcap (tcpdump) tracefiles, extracting SNMP messages
within that file, converting them to XML or CSV format. The results can
be used to infer, e.g., statistical information on which OIDs are
retrieved most often.
