Hi,
it would be cool if we could use
reprepro dumpunreferenced | grep foo | reprepro _forget
to forget files matching a pattern, but the second instance is started
earlier, and takes the lock, which together with the first process
causes a deadlock.
It would be nice if _detect and _forget could wait with taking the lock
until they have read the first file name.
