At least that is the upstream recorded in your debian/watch file.
By the way: There are already 2.13.1 and 2.14.0 releases.
I do not know when the next release is planned that would contain my
contribution. If you want to use it for forky I would wait for the
release and only patch before we enter a point in time where you would
feel unsure about the version being stable enough for a Debian release.
For sure I would import 2.14.0 first which has a better test coverage.
