I am installing a qemu virtual machine on the same machine (the host)
also with Debian stable.
In the VM and its new Debian stable and the mate wm all work fine! Not
on the host with the same Debian stable!
Note that I am using XFCE on the host.
Reinstalling eom and eom-common on the host with apt does not fix this
issue.
The host is a upgraded machine from old releases of Debian since a lot
of years. But all work fine all the days with others packages.
I disabled hardware acceleration with
sudo startx -- :2 vt2 -extension GLX
But it does not fix.
I do not understand why eom does not work on this host.
Is a library could be the fautive as libcairo2 or other?
