Dear Maintainer,
This version of harlequin requires version 1.9.8 of the rich-click
package. Unfortunately, the currently packaged version in Debian
unstable is 1.6.0. Running 'harlequin' fails with an error:

As far as I can tell from the git logs, harlequin has always required
a newer version since it added the dependency on rich-click 1.7.1
in harlequin version 1.4.1.
