`debputy lint` generates a false positive for a file rename:
$ debputy lint
warning: File: debian/fix.scanned.copyright:1:0:1:0: Possible typo in
"debian/fix.scanned.copyright". Consider renaming the file to
"debian/libpyside6-dev.copyright" (or maybe
"debian/libpyside6-dev.fix.scanned.copyright") if it is intended for
libpyside6-dev [debputy]
File-level diagnostic
`debian/fix.scanned.copyright` is one of the config filenames needed for
maintaining d/copyright with `cme update dpkg-copyright`, and so perhaps
should be special-cased.
