Unfortunately this is not possible due to DFSG/licensing reasons. src:conky and all of its binary packages are currently in main; conky-all is built with BUILD_NVIDIA=on because it is possible to do so with only DFSG-compatible software as dependencies (libxnvctrl is GPL-2), but NVML is DFSG non-free / is under a non-free license as with the rest of CUDA.
