Oops! I forgot to mark my commit for automatically closing this issue.
I've pushed a fix to this issue in commit 403a215aa976fd121864e5b99eead4687e791436 in salsa.
I've also sent a new revision, 0.9.2-4 to the debian archive that contains that fix, so I believe that this should be corrected.
The issue was that there was a patch being applied to modify the gem dependencies in order to push up some gem versions, but they were set to some versions of gems present in the debian unstable archive at that time. I've modified the patch so that it lets us install those dependencies with any future versions.
I'll ensure that the packages builds successfully and gets accepted to unstable before closing the issue manually
