Hey Simon,

I see you uploaded rust-cid v0.11.3 to Debian.  Thanks for maintaining these 
packages!  I wonder if you saw this FTBFS bug that it triggered?  Could you look 
at updating rust-cid-npm to work with rust-cid v0.11.3?
