Hi, I intend to adopt the Debian mbuffer package. I have contacted upstream maintainer Thomas Maier-Komor, who has confirmed that patches should be sent by email and has offered to review Debian's current patch queue. I have sent him the patches and will review each one to distinguish changes that are still useful upstream from Debian-specific or obsolete changes. I am not yet a Debian Developer, so I will seek review and sponsorship for the first upload. Thank you to Peter Pentchev for maintaining mbuffer and for filing this RFA.
