* Spanning Tree Protocol (STP).
* Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP).
* Dynamic Trunking Protocol (DTP).
* Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
* Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP).
* 802.1q.
* 802.1x.
* Inter-Switch Link Protocol (ISL).
* VLAN Trunking Protocol (VTP).
Additional information:
- I'm in contact with Maxence Dunnewind whom also proposed a package for
Ubuntu and we plan to work side by side on this package.
- I'll move to debian-mentor to request for a sponsor for this package
as soon as I've finished to merge Maxence's work with mine... If anyone
reading this is already interested in sponsoring this stuff, that'd be
great.
