with strongSwan 6.1.0-1 IKEv1 protocol has been disabled. It seems that vpnc actually uses strongSwan as part of its test suite, and I guess vpnc relies on IKEv1 connection, which makes the test fails. https://ci.debian.net/packages/v/vpnc/testing/amd64/75480170/ Unfortunately, that means strongSwan won't migrate to testing. Could you please remove that IKEv1 test?
