Many thanks for the report and patches for dnspython.

I've not included this particular patch as I could see that there were
places with in the DOH tests that were using cloudfare (for example,
tests.test_doh.DNSOverHTTPSTestCaseHttpx). It seemed better to leave it
as is for now.
