Control: block 1147074 by -1 Instead of dropping busybox-static package entirely, we decided to make it an optional package co-installable with regular busybox package, - so it still can be used for rescue or other special purposes. However, in order to do that, we're renaming busybox binary in busybox-static pakcage to.. busybox-static.
After that, your package wont be able to use it, since the binary has been renamed. My suggestion would still be the same - please switch to the regular, non-static, build of busybox for your usage, and copy libc6 together with it. If you want to continue using busybox-static, we should coordinate transition, uploading both packages at the same time, so nothing will break.
