Bug#1146562: Please return efi_uga.mod to x86_64-efi grub

The problems with console cursor and videotest are reproducible in 
VirtualBox (7.2.16_Debian) using its EFI. This means that they are not 
hardware-specific and also that testing them should be easier.

They probably need their own bug reports, but I don't know whether they 
are limited to AMD64, so I'm not sure to which package to report.
