Note: this is not golang-etcd-server-dev (which ships go.etcd.io/etcd/raft) nor golang-github-hashicorp-raft-dev. It is a Build-Depends leaf for packaging helm.sh/helm/v4 and eventually kzero (ITP #1142432). I intend to maintain this package under the Debian Go Packaging Team. Packaging will live on Salsa at go-team/packages/golang-github-etcd-io-raft.
