On Debian 13: After selecting JACK/Pipewire as system audio, Ardour doesn't start any session. To reproduce the bug: 1. Launch Ardour and click on `New session`. 2. Then click on `Open`. 3. The audio/MIDI window will open. Selecting JACK/Pipewire and clicking on `Start` a popup opens with the error message: `could not connect to Audio/MIDI engine` As workaround: 1. Install pipewire-jack package 2. Launch Ardour with the command: pw-jack ardour 3. Everything works :) Perhaps pipewire-jack should be made a dependency of Ardour and the command inside ardour.desktop should be change to pw-jack ardour %f Cheers Jeremie P.S.
