A clean install of apache2-doc in Debian 13.7 has the english version of new_features_2_4.html in italian even though it is in the english directory. i.e. /usr/share/doc/apache2-doc/manual/en/new_features_2_4.html should be in english but is actually in (what I believe to be) italian I have checked the 2.4.68-2 version from testing release and this is also in italian.
