Please remove obsolete binary package python3-wxgtk-webview4.0 (version
4.2.4+dfsg-2) from s390x. It's no longer built by newer versions of its
source package.
This will make one package (psychopy) unbuildable on s390x, but that
package is Architecture: all, so that doesn't seem like a problem.
