This bug is becoming increasingly frustrating, it still breaks the build of packages in experimental that depends on fakeroot via "Rules-Requires-Root: binary-targets"

I was hit by this bug today, a year after Jochen reported it :-(
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=evolution-data-server&arch=armhf&ver=3.62.0-1&stamp=1791020984&raw=0

I didn't test this, but it seems pseudo's upstream devs have a fix:
https://git.yoctoproject.org/pseudo/commit/?id=b4cfeba930ae9d6c7c59275d1b33f50032c72b40

The new pseudo v1.9.11 release fixed that particular bug

But... it uncovered new ones :-/

For example, dh_girepository is broken when run with pseudo:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=evolution-data-server&arch=arm64&ver=3.62.1-1&stamp=1791832600&raw=0

but zero problem if the solver choose the real fakeroot:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=evolution-data-server&arch=loong64&ver=3.62.1-1&stamp=1791833209&raw=0

Bottom line: no, pseudo cannot replace fakeroot, and it breaks
unrelated packages. *Please* drop the "Provides".

Current workaround: add "Build-Conflicts: pseudo" to d/control for all
"Rules-Requires-Root: binary-targets" packages.
