Control: affects -1 + src:libdsk

Thanks to fixing #1115550, one can now attempt to cross build libdsk.
Doing so proceeds quite far until it attempts to run lyx, which is
requested for the host architecture. This often is a sign that the
relevant package (lyx in this case) should be marked Multi-Arch:
foreign. Figuring out whether this is correct is not as easy as it was
for fonts-lyx and lyx-common. As far as I can see, lyx transforms
textual documents (lyx source) into architecture-independent document
formats (such as PDF). Since all involved file formats are
architecture-independent, I conclude that the foreign marking is ok.
Please consider applying the attached patch.
