proalign fails to cross build from source as it fails running the Java compiler. I looked into the binary package and did not find anything relevant to cross compilation. All of the package contents are architecture-independent. /usr/bin/proalign is a shell script. I suggest changing the package to Architecture: all. This makes it entirely irrelevant to cross building and saves a pile of buildd resources as well as a bit of mirror space. Helmut
