Yes, I know all this, I just didn't write it out :-)
python3-qpageview seems to have the same problem, but in both
${python3:Depends} and debian/control.
However, as of the latest upstream version, Frescobaldi has a hard
dependency on QtPdf, which is _also_ only available on
amd64/arm64/armhf/i386 (possibly for related reasons; I didn't go all
the way down that rabbit-hole). So rather than fiddling around with
conditionalizing dependencies any further, I think it makes sense to
just restrict the Architecture field.
