Hello Jeremy, Simon, and the rest of GNOME team.

This bug was initially reported as "Address already in use: AH00072",
and it was later cloned and retitled to be a generic "metabug".

Jeremy recently downgraded this metabug and the Apache one (#1035983)
to important with the intent of raising them after the renamed package
propagates to testing.

However, the Apache bug (thanks Jeremy for accepting the patch) seems
fixed now, and, at least in my build environment, it accounted for
approximately 20% of the failure rate.

Therefore, I'd like to suggest that this metabug is closed and any
remaining flaky tests are considered on their own merits.

[ In fact, after building the current package 50 times, I only got two
failed builds (one because of libsoup:hsts-test and the other because
of libsoup:ssl-test), but I acknowledge that different building
environments may have different failure rates ].

Thanks.
