PS Two HOWTO typos: 1: package initrd-tools is not needed. suggest removal for simplicity.
2: include -k all switch: update-initramfs -k all -u
(Also, the man page on update-initramfs does not say where it gets its
list of kernels from. This should be listed in the FILES section, or
whatever. Noticed it in this context, but didn't seem worth even a
"wishlist" bug.)
