Package: rails
Version: 0.10.0-1
Severity: normal

When I invoked /usr/bin/rails under bash 2.x, no matter what
parameters I used, rails always showed me the manual page for rails.
When I upgraded to 3.0, it worked perfectly.
Is this because $BASH_ARGV is only available in 3.x? Would it be justified
to make rails depend on bash >= 3.0?
