Hi, Justin,

I am cloning this bug report and reassigning clones to sawfish and yasgml,
and closing the original bug report against dictionaries-common. I am doing
nothing for emacsen-common, so this will also close its bug report, since
all four packages currently share the same bug number.

The reason for this problem are errors in the sawfish and yasgml packages,
both loading other packages site files for no apparent good reason during
byte compilation.

Since dictionaries-common is not yet configured and its initialization file
tries to load some initialization and byte-compiled files an error appears,
but 50dictionaries-common should not be loaded at all by any of yasgml or
sawfish during byte-compilation.

They both should make sure option --no-site-file is used for emacs and
-no-site-file is used for xemacs during byte compilation.
