This is due to website changes. It has been fixed in later versions of
xmltv. Unfortunately, the fix will not make it into the official 'sarge'
release.
However, I have made some backports available on my website at:
http://debian.crustynet.org.uk/
I am also working on getting xmltv included in the debian-volatile
archive (http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-volatile/), in order to keep
the sarge version working.
